Kakashi fights Deva Path, which is soon backed up by Asura Path. Kakashi learns of the Deva’s powers of gravitation and is eventually assisted by Choji and Choza, who destroy Asura’s body. Kakashi learns of the time delay between Pain’s attacks, and sets up a trap, however Asura sacrifices itself to foil their efforts. Choza’s squad is soon wiped out and Kakashi fatally struck down. However, using the last of his strength, he helps Choji escape from Asura’s dying attack and inform Tsunade about Pain’s powers, before dying.
